Como apagar a memória interna de um telefone Android com um display quebrado

Se você quiser apagar a memória interna do telefone, eu sugiro que siga os passos abaixo

a. Se o seu toque estiver funcionando e você quiser redefinir usando Configurações,

1. Encryptar o seu telefone. Vá para Settings -> Security -> Toque em "Encrypt Phone". (Seu aparelho deve ter 100% de carga ou conectado a um carregador para completar isto, pois levará quase uma hora para criptografar todos os dados do telefone)li>Li>Abrir Configurações -> Em Pessoal, Escolha "Backup & Reset" -> Toque em Dados de Fábrica Reset. Isto irá pedir-lhe para confirmar mais uma vez. Toque no botão "Reiniciar". Isto irá limpar os dados do seu telemóvel.

b. If your touch is working and you want to reset using “Recovery menu”

1. Switch off your phone
2. Press and Hold Power and Volume Up buttons
3. Use Volume Down button to navigate the selection to “Recovery Mode” and press Power button to select it.
4. Use the Volume buttons to select "wipe data / factory reset" and press Power.
5. Scroll down and select Yes by pressing Power button. Your device will reset.

c. If your touch is not working,

1. Connect the device to a PC or Laptop
2. Format the device
