Qual é o conteúdo da Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+ respectivamente?

A Apple TV+ ainda não lançou, então eles estão completamente fora de circulação.

Prime tem o maior catálogo em papel com 57.137 títulos... mas a maioria é literalmente lixo, pois eles contam vídeos de revisão de produtos, vídeos do youtube/Web, filmes indies de grau z com imagem e/ou som ruim, e documentários da teoria do crackpot quando se fala em números. Eles também contam as temporadas de uma série como títulos separados. Em alguns casos, eles também contam as versões legendadas/dubladas de uma série como títulos separados.

Hulu é na maioria das vezes streaming do dia seguinte e a maior parte do conteúdo só está disponível por 5 semanas após a transmissão. Eles têm alguns originais, programas de licença e filmes, mas seu pão e manteiga é aquele estoque rapidamente rotativo de programas em rede e a cabo. On paper, they have the 2nd most shows and movies but most of those shows are only the latest episodes and some are just trailers/ promos from shows that passed through the service at one point but still get counted for some reason.

Netflix on paper has the smallest catalog with 7372 titles. Netflix also adds and loses titles every week but at any given point in time they have the most actual full seasons and movies.

Netflix has a clear edge in terms of original content as they’re currently producing 200+ original series/ movies in a year compared to the 10–12 original series put out by Hulu or Prime.

If going by original and exclusive content:

1. Netflix
2. Prime
3. Hulu

If going by practical catalog:

1. Hulu ( if you get in at the start of series and keep up with broadcast )
   Netflix ( if shows are mid-season and you want to watch things on your own schedule )
2. Netflix or Hulu ( whichever isn’t #1 )
