What are the Byju's interview questions and answers?

I recently got selected for Byju’s(A billion dollar startup),so here I gave the detailed explanation of my profile,how the interview process went and the number of rounds taken.

My profile:

Age - 21.

Qualification - B.Tech

Academic credentials - B.Tech from National Institute of Technology(NIT),Nagaland(8/10) - cgpa

How did I apply:

Through career service portal - Byjus.

Job profile:

BDA - CTC - (7 FIXED(54 K In hand), 3 VARIABLE) - 10 LPA,

Coming to interview process:

I got a call from HR department soon after a week I applied.

So basically there were 4 rounds which were completed in 2 days.

Round 1: Telephonic

• Why Byjus?
• Why sales?
• Any experience in sales?
• Being from NIT why sales?
• Any plans for MBA?
• Tell me something about Byjus?

verdict - shortlisted for round 2.

Round 2: Skype call with HR.

• Tell me something about yourself?
• Why sales?
• Given a situation and asked to sell?
• Did you have any offers in technical?
• Asked situational based questions?
• Did you know anything about Byjus?
• Did you know the job profile?
• Convince me to buy a telephone?

After which explained about job profile and timings and hierarchy levels.

Round 3 : With senior BDE GUY:

• Gave a situation and asked how you will convince the parent to buy our product?

verdict - Shortlisted for round 4(He complimented my convincing skills are up to a senior level).

Round 4

: Another Skype interview with lead training and manager.

• Tell me about yourself?
• we stopped hiring from premier institutes because people will go how you will convince me?
• Why byjus?
• Sell me a byjus tab?
• situation based questions?
• do you know about job profile?
• Any questions?

Verdict - He said he was fine with me.

After 2 days,got a mail stating

YOU ARE SELECTED.

PLACED AT BYJU’S !
