If your android version is 5.0 or above you'will need to root your phone to be able to do this. Isto porque o Android desabilitou aplicativos de terceiros para mudar as configurações do modo de avião do Android 4.2 em diante e para mudar as configurações de dados móveis do Android 5.0 em diante.

• Install Tasker and SecureSettings Plugin do Google Play Store.
• Configure SecureSettings Plugin para ter acesso root.
• Abrir Tasker e criar um novo perfil selecionando o tempo como contexto.

• Agora selecione o tempo que você quer que seu telefone esteja no Modo Avião.
• Click on new task and name it anything.
• Tap the + Icon and select Plugins -> SecureSettings
• Tap the pencil icon to select Airplane Mode under Root Settings and select On.

• Now go back to the Profiles Tab, expand the profile that you created and Long press the task name to select ‘Add Exit Task’.
• Create a new task and select Airplane mode as Off.
• Congrats! You just made your own app!

P. S. : Tasker is a paid app but it's totally worth every penny you'll spend on it.
