How to add an image signature to my Gmail appArtboard
Google Drive is a great place to store important company images, one of which should be your company logo. This tip shows you how you can then add your logo - or any other image - to your signature.
Top Tip: If the image needs to be resized because its too small or large, select the picture once inserted to access the resize menu. From here you can change the image to small, medium, large or original size.
Set up your signature
- Log into Gmail
- Click on settings cog
- Scroll down to Signature section
- Click on insert image above the signature section
- Choose either My Drive, Upload or Upload Web Address (URL) (See below)
My Drive
- Search or Browse for your own images in My Drive
- Click Select when done
- Click/tap the Save Changes
Upload Web Address (URL)
- Locate the image on the Web that you would like to include in your Gmail Signature
- Right click on the image
- Select ‘Copy Image Address’
- Paste into the URL field
- Click Select when done
- Click/tap the Save Changes
You should now see your logo in your Gmail signature.
Send yourself or a colleague an email to test it has worked!
