How to get VR mode in any phone like in the Lenovo K4 Note

What do you need for Virtual Reality?

You need three things to use Matterport VR:

Virtual reality headset
Smartphone
Matterport VR app
- Gear VR - Download from inside the Oculus app. Insert phone into the Gear VR if you do not have the Oculus app.
- Cardboard (Android) - Download from the Google Play Store.
- Cardboard (iOS) - Download from the App Store.

Matterport supports the following headsets:

Samsung Gear VR
Cardboard
- Google Cardboard
- SMARTvr by DODOcase
- Any Works with Google Cardboard viewer

We recommend the Samsung Gear VR for the best experience, but Google Cardboard works fine too.

Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and Microsoft Hololens are not supported.

2. Smartphone

If you're using the Samsung Gear VR, you need a Samsung Galaxy smartphone. The following models are supported:

Samsung Galaxy J Series phones are not supported.

If you are using Google Cardboard, you need an Android or iOS smartphone.

Most recent models with a gyroscope and 4 to 6 in screens (10 to 15 cm) are supported
Phones a year or two older may suffer from poor frame rate, latency, and other issues

Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Microsoft Hololens, and Samsung Galaxy J Series are not supported.

Android

Requires Android 5 (Lollipop) or higher

To find your current Android version open Settings and then System > About device > Android version

Apple iPhone

Recommended: iPhone 6s Plus, 6 Plus, or 7 Plus

Minimum: iPhone 5s or newer
To find your iPhone hardware model, look for the model number on the back of the phone and match it to a model.
iPad, iPod Touch, and other iOS devices are possible, but not recommended and not supported.

Requires iOS 9.1 or higher
