How to remove 'Play Games' from the Chromebook app menu
For deleting games:
- Open Play Games.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down to find Delete Play Games Profile and click on that option.
- Click on Delete to delete all your progress.
Helpful Tip: You can’t delete some system apps that came pre-installed on your Chromebook device. But you can turn them off so that they won't show on the list of apps on your device.
For disabling the Google Play app:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Apps & notifications.
- Tap the app you want to disable. If you don't see it, first tap See all apps or App info.
- Tap Disable.
I hope this helped you in some why, if all the things I listed above didn’t work, then try contacting Google customer support. It would be very helpful if you listed what type of Google Chromebook you own.
