How to play a multiplayer game on Android using Google Play

It depends upon the game is LAN Wi-fi or online multiplayer.

If it is online multiplayer, you can play by simply connecting to internet.

And if its LAN Wi-fi than you have to connect you opponent's wi-fi and opponent can do the same and yes you are connected to play with your opponent.
