Como remover o símbolo do fone de ouvido Redmi Note 4 na barra de notificação

Por padrão, no Android Oreo, o ícone do fone de ouvido está escondido na barra de status, se você quiser que ele apareça na barra de status, então siga os passos simples abaixo:
