Ao trabalhar com imagens, é útil saber o tamanho para que você não'não se depare com problemas de upload ou exibição. Verifique as dimensões da imagem:

• Antes de carregar na Biblioteca
• Depois de carregar na Biblioteca

Imagens que don'não coincidem com as diretrizes de tamanho da imagem causam erros quando você tenta carregá-las na sua biblioteca. Se sua imagem for muito grande, use softwares de edição de imagem - como Photo Editor, MS Paint, ou Paint 3D para Windows, ou Preview, iPhoto, ou PaintBrush para Mac - para redimensionar ou recortar a imagem antes de carregá-la.

Windows PC

Abrir a imagem no Windows Explorer para verificar dimensões e tamanho do arquivo.

1. Click the Windows Start button on your taskbar.
2. Type Windows Explorer into the search bar.
3. Open Windows Explorer.
4. Find the image you want to check.
5. Select your image. The dimensions and file size appear at the bottom of the window.
   Note: If the image's dimensions and file size don't display at the bottom of your Windows Explorer window, then your window is too small. Expand Windows Explorer to make them appear.

Mac

Control+click on an image to see an image's properties.

1. Click Finder on your Dock.
2. Find the image you want to check.
3. Control+click (ctrl+click) your image. A menu appears.
4. Click Get Info. A window appears.
5. Expand the General: section to see your image's file size.
6. Expand the More Info: section to see your image's dimensions.

After Uploading to the Library

If your image is already uploaded, there are image editing tools available in the Library. You can also correct some display issues from within your email draft by scaling the image size to fit the block, or cropping the image.

From the Library

1. Click Library.
2. Find your image and look at the info in the Size column.

While Editing an Email

1. Click on the image to open the toolbar and click Replace.
2. Click Edit.
3. Click Transform and look at the "Lock Resolution" box to see the dimensions.
