How to extract all the files within a .NDS extension

As far as im aware you can’t exactly “extract” the files, but you can “decompile” some parts to a degree

There’s a bunch of tools you can use (which i’ve never personally used, but i found a romhack tool-pack online once which had them), i have them categorized but i don’t really know what they do (and no, idk where i got the pack from)
